Born in Cardenas, Matanzas, Cuba, I immigrated to the
United States at age 10, thanks to my amazing parents. I attended Miami Senior
High School and entered the workforce soon after graduation. My career began
with 11 years in banking, which led to a brief but rewarding path in real
estate. I obtained my Real Estate License in April 2005 and joined Prime Home
Builders in Homestead, South Florida. Later, I moved to the Treasure Coast area
to pursue general real estate and worked with Lennar Home Builders until the
2007-2008 market crash.
Following the crash, I ventured into entrepreneurship
within transportation and logistics, gaining insights working with
municipalities for 10 years. During this time, I built a family and was blessed
with three wonderful children, who inspired me to pursue higher education. I
earned a Bachelor's in Business with a focus on Organizational Leadership, a
Master’s in Public Administration with a certification in Human Resources
Management and Policies, and experience in Urban Planning.
My goal has always been to show my children that the
sky is the limit and to push forward despite setbacks. After working for
municipalities in Florida, I decided to return to my real estate career and
founded Cid Freelancing Services, LLC. This business assists small businesses,
high-level executives, and municipalities in reaching their goals.
My main focus is to make a difference in the lives of
those we serve and the communities we cater to. My “can-do attitude” and
logical thinking are great assets to my clients and colleagues in real estate.
I am passionate about making a difference and strive to provide excellent
customer service for a rewarding and memorable experience, characterized by
positivity, diligence, and professionalism.
